David Hoska
President-CEO
David started his career in the termite business as a carpenter with Lingruen Associates in 1978. He obtained
his Structural Pest Control Operators License and became co-owner of the company in 1982 when Don Lingruen retired.
In 1986 he moved into his current position of Qualifying Manager and President of the Corporation. David served as the San
Francisco/San Mateo District Chairman of the Pest Control Operators Association of California from 1991 through 1993.

Gary Flowers
Vice-President -CFO
Gary joined Lingruen Associates in 1997 and brought along 25 years of experience in the business coupled with an additional
five years working in the new construction and remodeling field. Gary was first licensed as an inspector in the early
1970s and later as a licensed operator in Branch 3 Pest Control. The diversity of working with other Bay Area companies,
most notably in San Francisco, proved to be a valuable asset to our company and customers. Beyond his professional career
he is a dedicated husband and father of two daughters. When not working or tending to family life you may find him at
Sugar Bowl Ski Resort where he is an active member and past Director of the Resort's National Ski Patrol.

Francisco Rigoberto (Rigo) Rangel
Vice-President -COO
Rigo has been a part of Lingruen Associates since 1990. Rigo is a licensed termite
inspector and also holds a general contractor's license. In addition to performing inspections, Rigo is directly
involved in every project assisting the homeowner with any concerns, as well as working together with the local building inspector,
architect, engineer, and subcontractors all while providing a safe work environment for employees. Rigo is fluent in
English and Spanish. When not at work you might find him at the local golf course
